Holistic brand identity for Quality Tailored Homes

A five year relationship with Rob Lewis of Quality Tailored Homes began when he first approached me to design a website for his unique new property business. It was instantly clear that he cared about delivering the best possible service to his customers.
The first requirement was to design a fresh and modern brand to compliment the fun and creative service he was providing.
Once that was in place, I was able to design and develop a powerful and fully featured website, communicating Rob's vision and informing the customer of this unique service.
Working closely with Rob and his team, I was able to develop the website through a number of phases. As the focus of the company shifted, and new housing developments established, the website evolved and adapted to the needs of the company.
I crafted some unique "micro-sites" for use as landing pages on Facebook and leading property search engine Property News, which were regularly refreshed as new markets were explored and developments released. These were supported with advertising campaigns on both sites, and a number of animated banners were produced to encourage click throughs.
To support the online presence I also designed some print advertisements for popular newspapers and some large scale print work for use as signage across the development sites. Other items produced to complement the main QTH brand included branding for various development phases, site and show home photography, email templates, business cards, brochure inserts, pull-up banners and various other online and print materials.
